Connect

Connect at Inverness Vineyard Church

You are welcome just as you are. Whether you’re a visitor, explorer, questioner, or long-time attendee, there’s a place for you here and connection is important to us.

We love helping people feel at home and get connected. One way we do this is through our welcome lunches—after a Sunday service several times a year, we gather to eat together, hear the story of the church from Thomas & Mhairi, and share ways to get involved. It’s a relaxed, friendly way to meet people and start building relationships. Sign up for the next one here.

Church isn’t meant to be something you just attend—it’s about being part of a community where everyone plays a part. To help you feel truly connected at Inverness Vineyard Church, we suggest four simple steps:

  1.  Come along on Sundays and join in our gatherings

  2.  Join a Life Group to meet others and grow in faith

  3.  Find a place to serve and be part of what God is doing

  4.  Give regularly, helping our church family thrive

Belonging

Thomas brought together a specific teaching series on belonging, which can be really helpful if you’re wondering what it means to be part of the church. Following these steps is a great way to start building friendships, faith, and community at Inverness Vineyard Church.

life groups

Part of our vision statement as a church speaks of

being community, following and sharing Jesus in our everyday lives.

Life groups serve such an important part in this and there is always an invitation into this space should you call our church your spiritual home. We would love everyone who calls Inverness Vineyard their place to be part of one and see it as a really important step. It was once said you are to never build a storm shelter in the middle of the storm, but before the storm comes. Life groups help build a group of people around the ups and downs of our lives, the joy and the heartache and help us look to and grow with Jesus as a group.

We run life groups 3 times a year (Jan to April, April to June, September to December) and all sorts of groups are available, and it is our hope that you would commit to a group and have your people alongside you in the ups and downs of life looking to Jesus,

Groups will reopen January 18th 2026

Available Sunday 7th December
